48-hour acknowledgement standard

Every casework request gets a real human acknowledgement within 48 hours — including the name of the staffer assigned, the federal agency we're contacting, and the expected next step.

One staffer per case, start to finish

No handoffs. The person who picks up your case owns it until it's resolved. You'll have their name, direct line, and email.

Weekly status updates until resolved

Open cases get a weekly written update — even when the update is 'still waiting on the agency.' Silence is never acceptable.

Public dashboards

Aggregate casework metrics published quarterly: open cases, average resolution time, agency response rates. You should be able to see whether my office is actually working.
